Love and Death

The people and animals you have loved will always be with you. Love doesn't die when the physical body disappears. Love is eternal. It is infinite and never-ending, so our loved ones live inside us for eternity. Without the physical body, the connection is different, and we need to grieve to fully embrace this new way of being with each other. The loss hurts and cuts deep. We want to feel them with our bodies, but we cannot anymore. We also become aware of our own mortality, which can bring up a lot of fear to add to the sadness and despair.
All physical life ends at one point, and we cannot bring back the dead. But we can honor the ones we have lost, connect with them, remember them, celebrate their lives and our memories together. We can tell their stories and talk to them. They can still be a part of our lives – in different ways. It becomes easier once we process the pain. We can share our wisdom with them and the world.

I believe that energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only be transformed. That means our energy has existed forever and will exist forever. It may change from one form to another, but it exists way beyond our understanding. This physical life is a blessing, a miracle given to us. We are on a journey to find what we are looking for so that we can honestly say I am happy, I am blessed, I am exactly where I want to be, right here, right now.
Love,
Carolin
